Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
PROLESKI is the brand used on this website. LLC “FIRMA CAPITAL-TRADE” is responsible for website enquiries and the use of contact information described here.
Address: 28 Mykhaila Boichuka Street, Kyiv, 01103, Ukraine.
Company registration number: 38544394.
Privacy contact: sales@proleski.com.
2. Information we receive
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and country. A phone number and message are optional. We also receive any project, venue or equipment information you provide in correspondence. We need the required fields to respond and direct your enquiry appropriately. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.
Enquiries are stored in the WordPress website database and email. We use no separate CRM or external mailing-list database for these enquiries. A submission may include its date, the optional marketing choice and the version of the subscription text. The form is configured not to store IP addresses or browser User-Agent information with submissions. Hosting logs and external services may still process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information and request times, for operation, security or their own service functions.
3. Purposes and grounds
We use enquiry information to answer your request, discuss equipment and your project, prepare an offer, and coordinate supply, installation or service. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, this processing is based on steps requested before a contract with you, performance of that contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and communicating with company representatives. Security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Records required by law are processed to meet those obligations.
Marketing is separate from handling your enquiry. The optional checkbox allows you to consent to emails from LLC “FIRMA CAPITAL-TRADE” under the PROLESKI brand about equipment, projects and offers. It is not selected by default. Declining it does not prevent an enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing sales@proleski.com or replying to a marketing email with “no thanks”. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully or the handling of your enquiry on another applicable basis.
4. Who may receive information
Staff handling your request may access the relevant information. Where needed for your project, we may share necessary contact and project details with CLEVELAND PRODUCTION LTD in the United Kingdom or the relevant regional dealer. We determine the recipient and working arrangement for each project. A recipient may handle the request on our instructions or deal with you as a separate company. You can ask us who received information relating to your enquiry. Sharing a request does not by itself give the recipient permission to add you to its own marketing list.
Hosting and email providers also process information to deliver their services. The website uses Hosting Ukraine / adm.tools; email correspondence uses Google/Gmail. Information about these providers is available in the hosting provider’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
5. International processing
The responsible company is in Ukraine. A project may involve a recipient in the United Kingdom or the country served by a regional dealer. Google and other service providers may process information in additional countries, including the United States. The destination depends on the project and the service used. This policy is not blanket consent to unrestricted international transfers. Any requirements for a particular transfer must be addressed before it takes place. Contact sales@proleski.com for information about the recipient, destination and applicable arrangements for your enquiry.
6. Website services and cookies
- Website operation and choices: necessary storage supports website functions. The site is configured to remember optional service choices for 30 days. You can review and change them at Cookie settings, then save the updated choice.
- Google Analytics: optional analytics is enabled after you select Tracking Cookies. Remove that selection and save to stop subsequent analytics loading. Analytics helps us understand website use.
- Google reCAPTCHA: the enquiry form uses this service to reduce automated abuse. It loads independently of the optional analytics choice and may process technical interaction data and cookies. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- YouTube: videos use the normal player without an additional website consent prompt. Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube/Google, which may process technical and viewing information and use storage under its policies. Use of the youtube-nocookie.com player does not mean that no data is processed.
- Translation: choosing a translation language loads Google translation services through GTranslate. This language choice is separate from your analytics choice.
You may also manage cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking or deleting storage can affect website functions; deleting a cookie does not necessarily delete information already received by a provider. The site’s optional-service controls do not block every external request described above.
7. Retention
Our retention policy for enquiries that do not lead to a contract is up to 24 months after the last substantive exchange about the project. For marketing contacts, it is until withdrawal or objection and no more than 36 months without substantive contact or renewed consent, with an annual review. Sending a campaign does not restart the period.
Contract, accounting, warranty and service records have separate periods determined by the relevant legal obligations, service needs and applicable claim periods. Minimum information about an opt-out may be retained to respect it. Backups may retain earlier copies after removal from active records; their existence does not authorise continued marketing use. Retention review and deletion are handled manually.
8. Your choices, rights and contact
Write to sales@proleski.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop marketing. Depending on applicable law and the processing basis, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive portable data. These rights have conditions and exceptions. We may need enough information to verify a request before disclosing or changing records.
Where GDPR applies, requests are normally answered within one month; any permitted extension and its reasons will be explained within that period. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the authority in your country of residence where applicable. We will update this policy when the relevant practices change.
