PROLESKI equipment and its training surface are covered by a 36-month warranty.
Remote technical and software support is free during the warranty period and after it expires. There are no mandatory support subscriptions.
If a warranty issue requires an on-site visit by a specialist, the warranty work is carried out free of charge. The specialist’s return flights are paid separately.
We also provide advice and help you plan preventive maintenance and surface replacement according to your equipment and operating conditions.
