Equipment & project planning
Indoor Ski Simulator Cost & Club Budget
Plan the simulator price and the cost of opening your venue together. Start with the training you want to offer, then define the model, configuration and installation requirements.
PROLESKI prepares quotations around your project: the disciplines, participants, premises and number of machines.
What Determines Your Ski Simulator Price?
The slope movement
Optimal provides a fixed incline. Vertical adds adjustable longitudinal incline; Direction adds movement across two axes. Choose the movement that supports your lessons and coaching programme.
The training format
The working surface, model size and number of simulators form part of the equipment configuration. Consider participants’ ages and abilities, group size and the lessons you want to run at the same time.
The selected options
Model-specific options and additional equipment affect the proposal. Select the features your training programme needs and check that each chosen machine fits your premises.

Why We Recommend at Least Two Simulators
For a commercial indoor ski club, PROLESKI recommends at least two simulators so beginners and more experienced visitors can train at the same time.
The number and mix of models should reflect expected demand, your lesson programme, available space and budget.
From Equipment Price to Opening Budget
Build up the project estimate in three stages. Each stage adds costs to the previous one; identify what is already included so you count it once.
Your simulator quotation
The selected machines, quantity, configuration and services expressly included in the offer.
Ready at your premises
Add transportation, applicable import charges and taxes, plus the costs of site preparation, unloading, lifting equipment and support workers.
Ready for customers
Budget separately for venue fit-out: reception, waiting and changing areas, and equipment storage. Also allow for visitors’ ski and snowboard gear, team preparation, launch activities and working capital during the initial operating period.

Help with Feasibility & Payback Calculations
Once the number of simulators has been determined, PROLESKI can, on request, help prepare a technical and economic feasibility study to estimate your project’s payback period.
The calculation is built around the selected models, local market conditions and your club’s operating plan. It brings together the opening investment, expected revenue, operating costs and cash flow.
Useful inputs include your location and customer catchment area, lesson formats and prices, operating hours, staffing, rent, utilities and marketing costs. Allow for seasonal demand and the time needed to build bookings after opening.
The payback estimate reflects these project-specific inputs and assumptions. We can help compare different occupancy scenarios and show how they affect the estimated payback period.
Delivery Options & Loading Capacity
We select the transport method according to the destination and the routes available for your project.
40-foot HC containers
High Cube (HC) containers for routes where sea freight is applicable.
86 m³ curtain-sided trucks
Road transport where a suitable road route is available.
Before delivery, confirm access for unloading and the route to the installation position, including doorways, turns, stairs and lifts.
Installation Supervision & Customer Responsibilities
Installation supervision is included in the equipment price.
The ordering party is responsible for the following:
- Unloading the equipment.
- Providing the required lifting equipment.
- Providing support workers.
- Preparing the premises for installation.
The site-preparation requirements, lifting equipment and number of support workers are agreed before installation begins.
Allow for Operation After Opening
Alongside rent and staffing, plan for utilities, routine maintenance, consumables and customer equipment. Your operating schedule and the chosen model provide the basis for estimating these costs.
PROLESKI provides a 36-month warranty on its equipment and training surface under the agreed warranty terms. Remote technical and software support is free during and after the warranty period, with no mandatory support subscription.
