iSKI Taipei: Indoor Ski Training with Two PRO3V Simulators

iSKI opened in Taipei in 2019 with two PRO3V indoor ski simulators. The project provides a city-based setting for ski and snowboard practice, with adjustable slopes from the PROLESKI Vertical Series.

An indoor starting point for learning

iSKI’s teaching approach connects indoor practice with skiing and snowboarding on the mountain. Its current programmes include lessons for beginners and more experienced participants, with a structured progression through skills.

The Taipei installation opened with two PROLESKI training slopes in 2019. The venue offers a setting for regular practice between visits to the mountains.

The equipment: PRO3V from the Vertical Series

The PRO3V is part of the Vertical Series. Its adjustable longitudinal inclination allows the instructor to change the slope angle for the planned exercise. Skiers and snowboarders practise on a moving Artificial Ski Surface.

When choosing a model, consider the participants’ age and skill level, how many people will train together and the lesson format. Room dimensions and clear ceiling height must also be checked against the intended configuration.

What to prepare for a two-machine club

Two training slopes need a layout that accounts for equipment, teaching space and movement around the club. A measured floor plan is the starting point for checking the installation area, access route and the position of reception, waiting and changing areas.

Use our ceiling-height assistant for an initial height check. A result in the assistant concerns height only; the full room dimensions and installation requirements still need a separate assessment.
