PROLESKI PRO1DMS — Multisport Platform for Adaptive Training

Create a space where athletes refine their technique, build endurance and learn to move with confidence as conditions change.

PROLESKI PRO1DMS combines a moving training belt, transitions from descent to climb and simultaneous platform tilt on two axes. Skiing and snowboarding, running and walking, cycling and functional training share one powerful foundation: a controlled environment tailored to the sport, the athlete and the goal of each session.

Control the workout directly, run saved programmes or choose automatic adaptation that adjusts conditions in response to the athlete.

APE — An Environment That Expands What Training Can Do

Sport demands more than repeating a movement in fixed conditions. Athletes need to maintain technique when the slope, pace, support surface and task change.

APE — Adaptive Performance Environment — brings those changes into the session. The platform creates the conditions; the athlete perceives them, makes decisions and adjusts body position, balance, effort and technique.

A coach can introduce challenges progressively, return to an earlier exercise and repeat the same settings. This creates a clear path from learning a movement to performing it confidently in more demanding conditions.

PRO1DMS connects technical practice, physical conditioning and the ability to adapt within one training environment.

PROLESKI APE principle: coach control, programmed sessions or automatic adaptation change PRO1DMS belt speed and two-axis tilt; the athlete responds to the conditions. Optional measurement systems are shown separately.

Three Control Modes to Support Your Coaching Method

Direct Coach Control

Change belt speed, longitudinal incline and lateral tilt during the session. Adjust the exercise, observe the athlete and refine the load as you coach.

This gives instructors the freedom to shape individual and supervised group sessions around what they see.

Programmable Sessions

Create a sequence with simultaneous changes in speed and both tilt axes, save it and repeat it.

Combine climbs and descents, alternate work and recovery intervals, or introduce lateral tilt for technique, endurance and coordination exercises.

Automatic Adaptation

The platform can automatically adjust training conditions in response to the athlete. This mode is included in the basic configuration.

Choose direct control, a saved programme or automatic adaptation to match your training method and session objectives.

Skiing and Snowboarding — Technique You Can Practise All Year

Train with ski or snowboard equipment on the PROLESKI training surface, with its integrated moistening system supporting edge interaction.

Beginners can work on balance and body control. More experienced athletes can develop precision and consistency as the conditions change. Longitudinal incline changes the steepness of the slope, while lateral tilt creates different conditions for left and right turns and support.

For skiing, the platform accommodates up to three beginners or one advanced skier. Session organisation and capacity depend on the discipline and selected operating mode.

The optional belt speed of up to 35 km/h expands the settings available for carving practice. The appropriate speed must be selected for the athlete’s technique, turn geometry and training conditions.

Use PRO1DMS to complement training on snow and keep purposeful ski and snowboard practice available throughout the year.

One Platform — Multiple Training Directions

Running, Walking and Trail Preparation

Move between flat terrain, uphill work and downhill practice. Combine steady efforts with intervals to develop endurance and movement control. Longitudinal incline ranges from −20° to +20°.

Cycling and MTB Skills

Work on balance, body position and bicycle control on a moving surface. Changes in longitudinal and lateral tilt introduce new conditions within a controlled training setting.

Cross-Country Skiing and Ski Mountaineering

Build sessions around sustained climbs, changing profiles and technical preparation. Adjust speed and incline to shape the workload and the purpose of each exercise.

Functional and Group Training

Bring balance, coordination, endurance and whole-body control into supervised sessions. Approved running, functional training and cycling modes can accommodate up to six participants.

Martial Arts and Team Sports

Develop stance, footwork, stability and changes of direction as the support surface changes. Coaches can integrate these exercises into discipline-specific physical preparation.

Activities and session scenarios are selected according to participant ability, equipment and the operating requirements of each discipline.

Measure Progress and Make Training More Precise

PROLESKI offers optional measurement systems for PRO1DMS:

  • Motion sensors.
  • Instrumented insoles.
  • Video-based technique analysis.
  • Symmetry analysis.

These tools help coaches compare movement with the session settings, identify differences in execution and track changes over time.

Repeatable programmes provide a consistent basis for comparison. Select the measurement options that serve your sport and coaching goals.

A Compact, Foldable Design with Relocation in Mind

Your training space needs to work for your business today and remain practical when your plans change. PRO1DMS combines a 3.00 × 4.65 m working surface with a foldable construction and wheels for short-distance positioning and transport preparation.

Installation of an assembled unit can take approximately four hours when the access route, premises and utilities are ready. Installation from separately delivered components requires a different schedule.

A foundation pit and floor anchoring are not required. Before installation, we assess the placement dimensions, delivery route and floor load requirements for your project.

The configuration and installation requirements are agreed for your project. Space planning must account for platform movement, access and the organisation of training sessions.

Protection and Control Throughout the Session

The basic safety equipment includes harnesses for one to three users, emergency-stop buttons and infrared monitoring of position on the belt.

The harness system triggers an automatic stop when activated by a loss of balance. The belt reaches a complete stop within three seconds.

A control panel, athlete-facing display and remote controls support supervision during training. Group activities require a supervising operator with access to the stop control, appropriate preparation and clear rules for entering and leaving the platform.

New Possibilities for Your Sports Business

One platform can support several parts of your offer: ski and snowboard tuition, individual coaching, supervised group sessions and multisport physical preparation.

For a club, this creates opportunities to serve different audiences and build a more varied timetable. For coaches, it creates room to develop their methods. For clients, it offers purposeful variety and a clear focus on progress.

The compact, foldable design makes PRO1DMS a versatile option for sports centres, ski schools, clubs and training studios. We help you plan the configuration, layout and staff training around the business you want to build.

PRO1DMS Training FAQ

What does dual-axis tilting add to training on PRO1DMS?

It allows longitudinal incline and lateral tilt to change within the same exercise. A coach can create tasks that challenge balance, body control and the ability to maintain technique as conditions change. Exercises and settings are selected for the sport and the goal of the session.

Is PRO1DMS only suitable for experienced athletes?

PRO1DMS is a versatile training platform for both beginners and experienced athletes. The coach selects belt speed, tilt angles and how they change to suit the participant’s level and the chosen discipline. Initial sessions can use simpler conditions; as movements become more confident, the programme can introduce new challenges. The platform lets training develop alongside the athlete.

PROLESKI Engineering and Support Behind Your Project

Since 2008, PROLESKI has developed and manufactured indoor training equipment with its own expertise in structural design, metalworking, engineering and software development.
