Simple static models of the alpine ski simulators PROLESKI are produced with the stationary tilt angle of the moving band. Dynamic models of the line Vertical are different so that, for them there is provided possibility of the dynamic regulation of the band tilt angle using lift drives on the electric cylinders. Maximum and minimum angles of the band tilting may have different and are set out at the stage of engineering of the ski simulator. Basic model of this line — PRO1V is designed for skiing of one person.
Endless slope PROLESKI PRO1V is provided first of all for those, who would like to rise to the new level already existing skills in alpine skiing. As always we have provided high level of safety for skiers: ski simulator is equipped with the safety hand-rails, cushioned mat, immovable paths on the sides of the moving band and emergency shutdown system.
Availability of the lifting mechanisms has higher requirements for the reliability of all construction and endless slope PROLESKI PRO1V is designed with consideration of the most current achievements in the simulators manufacturing. In its production there are only high-quality materials applied SKF, ABB, Lenze etc. Covering of the band with special pile is provided for enabling of the required sliding and maintains up to 5000 hours in the mode of the continuous operation. We have developed special liquid for wetting of the band covering using automatic feed system.
Manipulation of the ski simulator is carried out with help of the fixed remote control board, which is supplied as part of the set.
